When you request a comparison, we use your information to review your property situation, prepare a response, and follow up with you. We do not sell your information as a lead.

Information you provide

The comparison form collects your situation, timing, property address, name, phone number and/or email, contact preference, and any cash-offer amount or notes you choose to provide. Please avoid sending account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive records through the form.

Our community event form collects the submitter's name and email, event title, description, venue, town, dates, and event link. Event details may be used to review an event for publication.

Who processes a request

The Other Offer, Garrett Smith and Graham Sullivan, and Opus Elite Real Estate handle requests. The website uses Vercel hosting and API functions. Resend delivers form submissions by email to the configured team mailboxes. These service providers process information needed to operate those services. The form does not automatically send a prepared comparison: a person reviews your request and follows up.

Website services and analytics

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some animation scripts from jsDelivr. Your browser contacts those providers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address. Event pages link to outside organizers and ticket providers; their privacy practices apply when you visit them.

The application code does not configure an analytics vendor or set tracking cookies or browser storage. It includes conversion event hooks containing event names only, with no contact details or property information. Hosting and delivery services may process technical logs needed to provide their services.

Retention, security, and your questions

Requests are delivered to team email accounts and may remain in correspondence used to handle your request. We do not promise a fixed deletion date or absolute security. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, call (610) 844-5245. We will review your request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
